Overview
A carbon capture integration package around a qualified solvent or other selected capture process. It includes flue gas pretreatment, regeneration energy, CO2 conditioning and an identified use or storage route. Capturing CO2 is not the same as permanent storage and does not automatically make a plant carbon negative.
Product capabilities
- Gas pretreatment
- blower
- absorber
- solvent circuit
- regeneration system
- heat integration
Feedstock and input
Qualified flue gas or process gas; determine composition, impurities and biogenic versus fossil carbon fractions.
Core components
- Gas pretreatment
- blower
- absorber
- solvent circuit
- regeneration system
- heat integration
- CO2 drying and compression
- analyzers
- solvent and waste handling
- delivery metering
- leak detection and control systems
Process
Condition gas; capture and regenerate; dry and compress CO2; meter delivery; document destination.
Design basis
Assess energy penalty, solvent compatibility, emissions, storage or use contracts and lifecycle carbon balance.
IoT measurements
Gas flow and CO2, capture conditions, regeneration energy, delivered quality and verified destination.
IoT architecture
Local PLC/HMI, buffered historian and secure gateway; remote alarms and reports. Cloud loss does not stop local control. See common architecture and acceptance tests.
Future capability
Monitor capture and utility trends and organize evidence for independently reviewed accounting.
Typical applications
U.S. waste energy, biomass and industrial plants; global projects with credible CO2 use or storage infrastructure.
Pilot validation
Verify capture rate under agreed conditions, net energy penalty, CO2 quality and storage or product disposition.
Problem and deployment scope

Architecture
Confirm data sources, field interfaces and operating requirements during discovery. Integration compatibility is reviewed for each deployment.
Integrations
Interface availability and supported protocols require product-specific confirmation.
Deployment
Scope, installation, security, acceptance criteria and training are agreed with the project team.
Use cases
U.S. waste energy, biomass and industrial plants; global projects with credible CO2 use or storage infrastructure.
