Overview
An ultrafiltration, or UF, package for removing suspended solids and selected microorganisms through a membrane barrier. It would support water clarification, RO pretreatment or reuse polishing, with membrane compatibility and cleaning requirements established for the feed stream.
Product capabilities
- Integrate membrane modules, feed control and automatic backwashing.
- Provide cleaning and integrity testing interfaces appropriate to the selected membrane.
- Monitor pressure, filtration performance and treated water turbidity.
Manufacturing & integration
Skid frames, backwash tanks, manifolds and piping; integrate OEM UF membrane modules and controls.
Typical applications
Surface water treatment, RO pretreatment and selected wastewater polishing duties.
Connected controls
Optional telemetry for flow, instrument readings, equipment alarms, energy use and maintenance records.
