Overview
A packaged sewage treatment plant using a moving bed biofilm reactor, or MBBR, to treat biodegradable pollutants. It would combine screening, biological tanks, solids separation and selected polishing stages, with configurations suited to decentralized domestic wastewater treatment.
Product capabilities
- Use carrier based biological treatment with aeration and media retention screens.
- Provide solids separation and disinfection according to the discharge or reuse objective.
- Monitor dissolved oxygen, blower operation and treated water flow.
Manufacturing & integration
Modular tanks, media screens, clarifier bodies and pipework; source carriers, diffusers, blowers and drives.
Typical applications
Housing developments, hotels, hospitals, campuses and construction camps.
Connected controls
Optional telemetry for flow, instrument readings, equipment alarms, energy use and maintenance records.
