Overview
A dissolved air flotation, or DAF, unit that uses fine bubbles to float conditioned solids and selected oil or grease from water. It would serve industrial pretreatment or polishing duties after the need for chemical conditioning has been established.
Product capabilities
- Integrate coagulation or flocculation where required with air saturation and recycle flow.
- Collect floated sludge through a controlled skimming arrangement.
- Provide accessible separation zones, sampling points and sludge discharge connections.
Manufacturing & integration
Flotation tank, skimmer structure, sludge hopper and piping; integrate rated saturators, pumps and controls.
Typical applications
Food processing, oily effluents and selected industrial or water treatment duties.
Connected controls
Optional telemetry for flow, instrument readings, equipment alarms, energy use and maintenance records.
